Another older picture : an angry Sumatran tigress living in the zoo of Amnéville in France. I took it in July 2009.

Another bird of prey of the zoo of Amnéville, an eagle I suppose (I have to check). I'm quite happy with the result, the light, black background and his tilted head is a kind of invitation I suppose!

This is the same Sumatran tigress as the previous shot, who was impressively angry against her "husband", they were having an argument, I don't know why!
I was lucky to be a witness!

I made some experiments with water drops falling into water, and after numerous shots, I got this one which is pretty nice from the sharpness and composition.

Made with the macro lens and the flash. The red object is a trashcan and the blue one is a laundry basket!

Last Friday, I got my new 200-400mm f/4, but because of lots of work and bad weather, I couldn't use it outside. However, this evening the sky was clear and took this shot of the almost full moon from my balcony with the 2x teleconverter.

Including the crop factor of the D300, this picture has been taken at 1200mm.

Watch the picture at full size so you can see the details of its surface. It's been only slightly cropped.

A goose grooming in the snow.

Picture taken near my place, where they have a "Noah's ark" house (ie lots of farm animals) and a white animal on snow is always nice but hard to photography. The sunny weather helped.

Sadly the focus is at the wrong place and the composition is a bit too tight, but finally I still like it! :)

He was lying in the snow and hence he has snow that then melt, producing pretty drops on his coat.

I like this picture of him, especially the white background which is the snow of his enclosure.
