Last week I sold my first photo ever!!! So I wanted to thank David (aka piratetuba) for the more than kind support!!
He bought this photo

This portrait, I took it on Mothers' Day Lunch. Don't be fooled - and I know it's a bit hard to believe - but Luana (it's her name) still has a couple of years until she reaches teenage.
Yes, she's that young. And she is got a (blonder, but just as beautiful) little sister. Their mother is pregnant again and I told her: "Yay! way to go! You can deliver another 5 cute pies like these into the world!"
She laughed, but gave me a look of one who's had nightmares with flying diapers. Hehe.
These are the original colors, just made them a bit brighter! ;)

Sobre a foto, eu a tirei no almoço de dia das Mães. Não se enganem - e eu sei que é um tanto difícil acreditar - mas a Luana ainda tem uns aninhos para chegar à adolescência.
Yep, ela ainda é novinha. Ela tem uma irmãzinha (mais loira, mas tão bonita quanto). A mãe delas está grávida novamente e eu falei: "Opaa! Isso mesmo! Pode colocar mais umas 5 dessas no mundo!"
Ela riu, mas me deu um olhar de quem teve pesadelos com fraldas voadoras. Hehe.
Essas são as cores originais, eu só as deixei mais claras! :)

Bom bom, uma propagandinha agora. Meu blog favorito no mundo inteiro é o da Tia Cris
Lá já encontrei outros dos meus sites favoritos, tipo Malvados, do André Dahmer, que visito tooodo santo dia, até quando o tranquera não atualiza :P

É um site de tirinhas cômicas. É eu gosto de tirinhas :D E no jornal ultimamente tá f*** encontrar legais, então as que eu leio, leio na net e ADOREI os bichinhos de jardim!

I was going to post something else and write something else, but I felt I shouldn't post pone it...
First of all, this portrait came to my mind after I listened to some sad musics... which made me emotive and inspired to take it.

Second, I want to thank and dedicate this photo to Diego aka daveldoorf - a sweet, and great wildlife shooter, and Paul aka slimeface - another sweet and has some great landscapes photos to show.
There are some people - and they are just two exemples, but there's actually a bunch ;-) - that I really wait to read their comments. Some make me smile, laugh, blush; some are witty, caring, helping, smart and so on...
I just wanted them (and you all) to know I really (read and) enjoy your comments!

Third, Nathan told me about the Duke Gardens in New Jersey.
And what is happening there is weird, to say the least. If you would please take a look, specially if you are from the area... it will be appreciated :)

Eu ia postar outra foto e escrever outras coisas, mas senti que não seria bom adiar isso...
Primeiro, esse retrato me veio à mente depois de escutar umas músicas emo hahaha brincadeira, emo não... umas músicas tristes, que me deixaram emotiva e inspirada para tirar essa foto.

Segundo, Eu quero agradecer e dedicar essa foto ao Diego tcc daveldoorf - um fofo, e ótimo fotógrafo de animais, e Paul tcc slimeface - outro fofo e tem altas fotos de paisagens para mostrar.
Eles são alguns - apenas dois exemplos, na verdade tem vários ;-) - de pessoas que eu fico esperando para ler os comentários. Alguns me fazer sorrir, rir, ficar vermelha; alguns são engraçados, atenciosos, prestimosos, inteligentes, etc...
Eu só queria que eles (e vocês todos) soubessem que eu realmente (leio e) adoro seus comentários!

Terceiro, Nathan me contou sobre o Duke Gardens em Nova Jersey.
O que está acontecendo lá é no mínimo estranho. Se vocês derem uma olhada, especialmente aqueles que são ou estão na área... ficamos agradecidos :)

#3 the title is actually a rant. I just get so mad sometimes, when I see all these meaningless vulgar self-portraits of people (girls mostly) that think they are so cool and sexy...

There are a zillion jillion baguillion good reasons to take nude photos, to be "meat on display" is not one of them....
Nor all those Ben Affleck (mono expression) portraits of people obsessed with their eyes, lips, hair, and they have all the same expression, just change (slightly) the background, the make up or hairdo... pffff

Some sundays ago, Rennan and I went out to take some photos. We had some in mind, and for those we had to hit the road to find the "scenery".
On the road, we noticed some thick clouds appearing in the sky.

Rennan >> I don't believe it! We never go out to take photos, and when we do, it rains! We won't be able to take photos!
me >> oh yes, we will! I can perfectly take photos inside the car while you hop and frolic in the rain...

click to see Bill Dan's balancing rocks. I don't even remember how we found each other, but I was gobsmacked when I saw the photos of his work.
Obviously I couldn't picture how he'd done that. Specially the ones that have birds on the top of it all.
So, just a few days before my birthday I received a DVD (oooh, my first birthday present received through mail from flickr hehe)
proving it is all true, and that he doesn't use glue :P

My mom and brother watched it with me and even watching it, they weren't believing. My mother said that she'd believe only if a rock falls.
Two minutes later a rock fell :P hehehe

She even took the dvd to her friends' houses. They were all amazed. Some of my friends watched it too... and we tried to balance some rocks... we obviously failed miserably.
