Canadian Centennial Crab Apple Tree which makes it 46 years old. The buds are a deep pink, and it did not flower at all last year. According to Google, these tress are very hardy. They are called Almey Cultivar. Hope it flowers this year. www.bayroberts.com

Some of the signs are up in the Shearstown Estuary Wetlands, home to many different lifeforms - plant and animal. The other signs should be back in place before the end of May. The Estuary is jointly managed by Spaniard's Bay and Bay Roberts. www.bayroberts.com
