the Gracia neighborhood invited a bunch of street artists to decorate the doors of one of the open air marketplaces. Awesome variety of art and food and drink and music and all around good Sunday afternoon vibe. I think I could live here...

After stayng up all night packing my bike and tying up loose ends, I took the boxes down to transit center while Teresa walked down with a duffel of clothes and camping gear. Flying seems to have gotten more expensive since I last did it. Each bike is $200 one way and the duffel is about $100. Assuming they stick to their quotes...

There were 8-10 break out groups during the discussion portion of the event. This one focused on the entrance of large corporations into the sharing economy, e.g. with Avis Car Rentals buying out Zipcar, the nation's largest car-sharing company.

Our panel included representatives from car-sharing, cooperative housing, employee owned cooperative companies, co-working spaces, urban design, and distributed renewable electricity generation, all from homegrown Boulder organizations.

HUB Boulder's workspace is incredibly easy to re-configure. We took it from an open floorplan co-working space to a 100 person auditorium in about 15 minutes!

We did our best to get everyone's contact information and to populate our map and directory as folks filtered in. There were a few technical issues with the Google back-end for the map, but we'll get it up and running shortly.
