Returning broken wheel

I guess you can call this a short review of Bicycle Wheel Warehouse's customer service.

I ordered a wheelset from Bicycle Wheel Warehouse. The rear wheel was damaged upon arrival. I emailed photos of the damaged area to BWW and they said they would send out a new wheel ASAP.

The wheel arrived in a week and it came with a prepaid return shipping label. I packed up the original rear wheel, attached it to my grocery bike and sped off for the UPS Store on my way to work one morning.

I love being able to transport cargo via bicycle.
