From a nice day out, cyclng to Dunham Massey. This swan must be quite used to people as it seemed totally unperturbed by the small child shouting and pointing before we got there!

A groovy piece of artwork at Loch Lomond, just beyond the Rawarden Hotel. It's actually pretty big - a certain someone was trying to do the Leonardo "man in a circle" and wasn't too far off!

Yes, of course I went back (again!) to my favouritest little oak tree in all of Scotland! Didn't quite manage the super shots I'd hoped for (sunsets weren't obliging when I was in the area) but - still - I'm a sucker for this dinkily gorgeous oak.

The poles mark the Pilgrim's Way across from the mainland to Holy Island. Whereas the causeway curves around, the poles cut a straight path across. There was somebody walking their dog across as we left!

One of the old mooring rings, nicely rusted. We could see Bamburgh Castle from here across the water (I think it's just visible in the background)

A branch, swept almost into the shaft of the blowhole, but hanging on at the edge. I love how serene the water is as it approaches the hole, and how fearsome it is once it's on its journey down to the River Derwent, some 50metres below.

Went back to Ladybower Reservoir today in the hope that the water level was above the edge of the blowholes.Bingo!
