The walks leads you along the river to several camp site. The walk takes all in all two hours to finish.

One of the sights of Litchfield National Park is Florence Fall. A nice walk leads along a lookout down to the falls itself. It takes you roughly an hour to do that.

The government house is right next to the Main Street of the city in the south. Walking along the promenade will lead you straight there.

Well, according to the information presented here there are six seasons around Darwin. I would just count three major seasons. Anyway, when I was going around I was in pre-monsoon storm season which is extreme in regards to the temperature and humidity.

As again I was visiting 'fairly off season' some attractions were closed for wet season again. Nevertheless you can do some of the walks if you know what you are doing.

The walk to the tin mine in Litchfield National Park. Quite a nice walk. Plus you get to see the old mine, some ore and the facilities. Everything is illustrated on the walk.

Cain toads are a major annoyance around here and most people react pretty hard on those animals. I didn't like them as well, but wasn't fighting them. I hope the aussies get that back to normal.
