seen in Devon, growing in the shrubbery between the road and a river. Endangered or threatened with extinction. Totally protected. Can be deadly poisonous if eaten.

hoping for a glimpse of the wild ponies. A thick fog dropped from nowhere. The idea of being lost on Exmoor (which we are not familiar with) in thick fog didn't seem very sensible, so we gave up.

A medieval bridge, believed to have been built 500 - 900 years ago possibly more.Restored last year after being swept away in floods, using the original stones as far as possible. It was raining when we saw it but it was still fabulous to see it.
