I'm a bit sad - I have carefully worked out which chicken lays which egg. Helped by the fact I only have 3 chooks and 1 of them goes broody A LOT, but I've also been known to check which one is on the nest and then the minute she leaves, rush down and study the egg. I also keep an egg chart. Ahem.<br /> <br /> Anyhoo, the one on the left is Cheska, she lays small eggs (56-58g are standard for her) and they're always round. <br /> The middle egg is courtesy of Nancy. Hers are always a bit pointy and often have &quot;moles&quot; as I call them! She generally lays 60-64g eggs. <br /> The whopper on the right is from Lily. She lays eggs that weigh between 72-84g.
