Actually not black, but a very dark red. I'm really pleased at the contrast between the dark centres and light fringing in the black and white conversion.

Taken in the gardens at Kingston Lacy.

I can't believe I missed this one. Found when sorting and clearing out some of my older folders, this shot of the solo Breitling Wingwalker is from last summer's Bournemouth Air Festival.

I'm rather pleased with the composition and dusk light on this one, it really should have made the first round of uploads!

Bleak is how the weather feels at the moment. It has been cold for so long with no sign of improvement. It seemed like spring was coming but now that is long gone.

Panorama taken from the top of Ballard Down looking down towards Studland and Shell Bay and Poole.

It was quite a walk up there (I started back in Studland) but well worth it for the view.

Thick dark clouds hanging over Studland, Dorset. Thankfully the threatened storm never did materialise, although things looked close for a while.
