According to a United Kingdom BBC News Broadcast today European Public Opinion has again been overwhelmingly anti the Republican Party which projects such a "Narrow-Minded" political image.

Taken from near Houton Head on a September evening. At the extreme right of the photo is the entrance to Scapa Flow from the Atlantic Ocean. It is the entrance normally used by the Hamnavoe Ro-Ro Ferry on its way to Stromness.

The high hills are on the island of Hoy. The low-lying island on the right is Graemsay.

The 2 tugs - with a floating object between them - were headed East, probably towards Lyness on Hoy.

In the foreground are some relatively new Stromness houses - and beyond Hoy Sound are the Hoy Hills.

There is a lot of smoke emanating from that one chimney!

Another evening view of the islands of Graemsay and Hoy. As is so often the case there were no trees to interfere with the view!

The prominent lighthouse is on low-lying Graemsay whereas Hoy has the highest hills in Orkney.
