This girl ran about 1/2 a kilometer to where we stopped for lunch to see if there was any chance of some leftovers. She did manage to pose for this shot for me, so I guess she deserved the few oranges she got!

Irish woods can be dark and gloomy places. These guys were taking part in the 3 peaks challenge event in October 2011. Normally lighting a shot in the woods while it's raining is tricky, but the trucks lights made it easy.

I just spent a weekend with a great bunch of people into adventure biking, and saw presentations from trips round the world, up the world, down the world - you name it, including from a couple who have driven the same harley in every country in the world, and then some!

Milan Cathedral (Italian: Duomo di Milano; Milanese: Domm de Milan) is the cathedral church of Milan in Lombardy, northern Italy. Dedicated to Santa Maria Nascente (Saint Mary Nascent), it is the seat of the Archbishop of Milan, currently Cardinal Dionigi Tettamanzi.

The Gothic cathedral took nearly six centuries to complete. It is the fourth largest cathedral in the world.

These Ganets soared about the Saltee islands and made it look effortless.
