I ended 2012 with at a wonderful reception overlooking the breathtaking views of New Hampshire's mountain range. The location was perfect and cozy for a reception in the middle of the winter. The decorations and atmosphere were perfect, as was the bride.

The lighting on this one wasn't exactly the greatest, it happened right in front of the DJ's booth with crazy lights... but I still really like it.

The fire place in the middle of the room was the perfect touch to this cozy winter night; I especially like whatever kind of light movement was going on in the bottom right corner.

The kids had a little bit of motion blur to them, but I kind of like what it does to the mood of the picture.

A few months ago, we took a trip down to Boston. While walking around, a man brought this screeching owl out. It was one of the cutest birds that I ever have had the chance to lay my eyes on for more than a few seconds. It was the definitely the friendliest one, too.

Magic Kingdom: Fireworks

In my opinion, Disney World is the greatest place on Earth regardless of your age. It is quite the site to see: from screaming children to the magical smile it seems to bring to everyone's face. The firework show is breath-taking. I never really go the chance to post up many pictures from this trip, as my camera spent most of the day in a locker located in a park adjacent to the one that we explored. I definitely want to go again at least once every other year. This is just one of the few shots that I managed to shoot while there.

We went up for Volksbahn last Sunday but didn't really spend much time at the actual show. I like coming up here once a year; it's beautiful. Every little detail of this place is so much fun to see. There was a room full of different cameras and travel related things. This is a shot from that room.

A Day Up North

After the wedding, James and I did a bit of exploring around town. North Conway, NH is a really cool place. I definitely recommend going if you have never been!

This was actually shot at Stonehurst Manor; it was a giant chess board. The pieces were about three feet tall.

On the third day of August, we had the opportunity to take a weekend trip up to North Conway for our close friend's (Ian and Malinda) wedding. It was a warm summer afternoon with rain in the forecast, but luckily we did not get any. The ceremony and reception took place at Stonehurst Manor; the view from up there was quite breathtaking. It was a beautiful wedding! I wish them the best of luck in life and hope to see them again soon :)
