The Llangollen steam railway decided to put out an unusual double header on Sunday. Ex-Gwr 4-4-0, 3440, City of Truro and ex-LNER, D49, 246, Morayshire. In service they wouldn't have been within hundreds of miles of each other much less off out as a double header.

One of the classic locations on the Llangollen Railway is stood beside the A5 at Berwyn looking down on the station and the river Dee flowing below it. Ex-GWR 4-4-0, 3440, City of Truro does her best to obliterate the tranquil scene as she strains to lift her heavy load away from the station up the steep incline.
