This is from my archives, I took this photo just before the Annual Apple blossom Festival here in winchester, It was nice to see the blooms of the trees, definitely a marker for spring here in Winchester VA. Best Viewed Large.

This one is from my archive as well, I took this photo just on happenstance, I was walking back to my car after the Grand Feature Parade, and this car (witch was in the parade) parked in front of mine it was the only shot I was able to take that day! Very busy day.

Another from my archive I took this one from Blandy Farm the Virginia Arboretum I was walking back from a frustrating walk of a non-photographic experience when I stumbled upon these. There is a reason why one does not see the leaves, someone had removed them and I don't know why,

Limberlost Trail

A negative exposure of Limberlost Trail. Definitely Best Viewed Large. This trail at one time was a home to giant Hemlocks and mighty Oaks, sadly the Gypsy Moth, its larva, and the Hemlock Woolly Adelgid have decimated this once lush area of Sky Line drive, Drew Myers has other photos that are related to this travesty of man.

I found these flowers on a hike to Snead Farm, believe it or not, the barn is still standing after all of these years on the farm, best viewed large.

Taken at Blandy Farm. I have no clue what this flower is called. I looked down and found this beautiful bouquet there on the ground, some one had kicked up the wood chips and mulch that lay around them, so I lightly dusted off the leaves, and took the shot!
