John McMahon (left), commander of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Northwestern Division, and Eric Stasch, the operations project manager at Oahe Dam, toured the Oahe Dam Stilling Basin near Pierre, S.D., June 8. The Corps increased water releases at the Stilling Basin to a rate of 150,000 cubic feet per second June 7.
