Thompson Square protest - Windsor

Thompson square was named after Andrew Thompson an ex convict, by Governor Lachlan Macquarie in 1811.
Now the government wants to built a new bridge and run a motorway through the square in central Windsor. Hence the community protest.

The neighbour’s cat and my reflection in a Christmas tree decoration placed on the floor and a double exposure in postproduction ie the dark room.
I thought I had lost it but so happy I found it again .It was hiding in the back of a cupboard.
I only ever made two prints and that took me two long evenings in the darkroom. This was the first one. The second, better one, went missing from an exhibition…..
