I was passing by the main street Tsimiski in Thessaloniki and saw this old woman selling this product to survive. I was faster than her and could take this photo before she hide her face.

I was waiting to the bus stop while this woman was passing by. The weather was rainy and under the white umbrella I saw her face, I liked her attitude and the difference between the sky and the umbrella. I thought to create an uncanny portrait with this composition and voila!

He works on the street market as cheese seller. I approached him and asked him for a photo. He said "no" and asked me "why". I explained about 100strangers project and he said once more "no". He was polite though and he answered with the same smile that he has in the photo. Then I said ok and he changed his mind. Ok, you can take a photo of me.

My mother asked me if I would like to follow her to street market which takes place near to our home. I thought that I can take some photos from there and I decided to go.While my mother was looking for some pantyhose I approached this man and ask him for a photo. As he's an open-minded person he accepted and just looked at my lens with this glorious gaze and..voila! After the photo I asked him his name and he just said "Dimitris". We chatted for about 5 minutes and said that a lot of tourists from France , Germany and many other countries have asked him for a photo and always said "yes". He was funny, polite and very cool as you can see. He is working on the street market and sells Greek olives.

Dimitris works at the street market close to my house. While I was asking his friend to take a photo for this project he told me " take a photo of me " and then I clicked on him. I couldn't stay there for long time because I had to buy some stuff.

Dimitris as far as I saw is a polite guy and I would like to thank him for agreeing to have this photo taken.

Simos is a Greek young that he almost every day sits somewhere in the city and plays his accordion. I met him on the beach of Thessaloniki, told him about the 100 strangers project and then I asked him for a photo. He was very cool and he accepted easily to "shot" him. He usually plays arround the Aristotelous square but due to nice weather he chose to be at the beach.

I would like to thank Simos for agreeing to have his photo taken.

I met Giannis when I was in the street market and was taking photo of my 1st. He was standing in front of Dimitris (1/100 stranger) bench and then I asked him for taking photo for 100 strangers project. We chatted for about 10 mins and he said that he's 85 years old and he's a teacher. I had a very good time with this old man and Dimitris.

I would like to thank Giannis for agreeing to have his photo taken.
