The fog and the lighting created this very special effect and I found the view quite spectacular. I haven't seen similar images of the Empire State Building.

No, it was the fog and lighting – and the blue hour! It was a spectacular view (and weird) and I haven’t found similar images of the Empire State Building (with 449 meters NYC’s tallest building). I haven't edited this photo, other than that I cropped it, this is how it looked lik! Please press “l” to view on black.

This will be my last photo from my New York trip, but I have a few other nice ones I will show soon, not least from Munich Germany! Thank you for watching!

This is from the Metropolitan Museum of Art. I'm quite happy that no tourists "destroyed" this photo as there were loads of them everywhere.

Here you see the famous Flatiron (Fuller) Building.

The Flatiron Building, or Fuller Building, as it was originally called, is considered to be a groundbreaking skyscraper. Upon completion in 1902 it was one of the tallest buildings in the city and the only skyscraper north of 14th Street.
