Maybeline thinks she could fly this newly built house in my neighborhood to be a replica of the house in Up! It is soooo adorable! It is in the Parade of Homes and twice now they have had balloons on the top. They also have a old geezer with a walker and a young kid dressed as Russel sitting on the porch! Sadly, I understand that whoever buys it will have to repaint it in a more neutral color scheme :(

BPC #30 - Decades - The 60's

Maybeline has found her way to a 60's era ice cream shop for the Blythe Physical Challenge. She feels right at home here! She loves to snap photos of all her time traveling adventures... all her sister's and friend's have to see the photographic evidence to believe the stories she has to tell! Good thing she won this nifty camera from the BPC folks!

Along with the yummy ice cream flavors, Maybeline could also mention the ice cream truck driver who very shortly after our photo shoot began moved his truck directly behind her and blocked the view of the sign!! Good thing we had already gotten a winner!

These sweet sisters want to wish their mom and all the mothers of the world a Happy Mother's Day! They also want to extend a special wish of hope, healing and happiness to any women who have lost their babies before they were able to make it to their arms, who are struggling with infertility and longing to be called mom, or who's children have been called back to heaven.

Balloon Tour - Butterfly Garden

Here they are shortly after take off taking in an areal view of the butterfly garden...which is the best way to view it. From a high enough vantage you can see that the flowers beds are shaped and colored like a butterfly complete with antenna! This is the spot where the girls caught a bystander taking their photo!

Balloon Tour - Waterfall

Here the girls steer their balloon by the waterfall that is the source of water for the stream that they later floated by. But before they saw the river, they hovered by the concession stands and bought some mini-doughnuts!

The girls were so excited to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of the Blythe Physical Challenge group! They decided to head out to the local botanical garden and rent a hot air balloon for the ultimate anniversary experience. They were able to go during the annual Tulip Festival and the flowers were amazing! They also saw plenty of people walking, driving golf carts, and even riding Segways. Lots of people pointed at them riding in their balloon and we even caught one person taking their picture! Just so everything is on the up and up...this photo has had no funny business in photoshop...only general cropping!

I found them in a Fairy Ring...

I took the girls outside for a spring walk along with Blossom Flowerpot (one of my daughter's LaLa dolls). I took some time to take some snaps of Blossom and my B-girls wandered off. When I finally caught up with them, I found them like this!

April Fools!! Callie pulled a classic prank on the new girl Coraline at Chilis! Coraline was upset that her fresh fries were ruined...Callie thought she was pretty funny!

This time I took along my bestie for moral support and we sat in the 20's (I work there a few nights a week...row 20 is near the wall, the first section to be "cut", we were hoping for a little privacy). Really, I think the only ones who noticed our little photoshoot were a couple of servers, but that was plenty!

Nora and Julianne headed out on an evening walk and found a comfortable place to sit and have a chat.

Nora: I miss Callie...
Julianne: Where did she go... I never even got to meet her.
N: mom said she was getting a face up. I hope she is still the same sweet girl that she was when she left.
J: I'm excited to meet the new girl. Mom says that she is going to have long hair like me... we can braid each other's hair. It will be so much fun!
N: It is just a lot of change in the house right now.. and it makes me nervous. Do you know that I overheard mom talking about a BOY coming to live with us!?!
J: What??
N: Come on...we better get going.
