The previous photo of yorkshire stacked showed her with the Nikon D300s and Nikkor 24-70mm f2.8 lens, in this shot she is back to her familiar Nikon D7000 and Nikkor 18-105mm lens. It was a very windy day when our photowalk ended on the roof of One New Change and with quite a few people to contend with, this is a slightly different composition to previous photos from this location.

My D300s has a new lens, the Nikkor 24-70mm f2.8 so while yorkshire stacked was trying it out, I used her D7000 to take a photo of her.

As the Cormoran arrives in the Upper Pool to take a position next to another French Naval vessel the Premier-Maitre L'Her, the gun salute for the Queen's official birthday was taking place at the Tower of London.

The MV Silver Cloud left London on the evening of 12 June to cloudy skies. Last year when I took a photo of the ship, the weather was more like summer.
