Wow. I haven't uploaded anything in awhile. My life has kinda exploded in these last few months.
Anyway, I am so happy that Autumn is here! I was so excited that I couldn't even wait for the leaves to turn. So here is a prelude to Fall... please tell me what ya think.

Well I got pretty bored during one of me and my mother's random saturday shopping trips in Fayettville, Tn... & when I get bored I tend to take pics. ;)
This was taken at Fayettville Antique Mall. It was a very rainy day, hence the rain jacket & boots :-)

Here is some gorgeous b&w love for my friend Meghan! I really do not think this shoot would have been possible without me reading Michelle Moore's "Posing & Moore" Guide. It changed the entire way I look at posing teens & gave me an incredible session flow. I really encourage anyone who wants to take well-rounded portraiture to give this incredibly practical guide a look! :)

Anyway, I think this looks best on black.... ;)

Well, this is from a shoot I did with a very dear girl named Meghan. She had asked me to take some pictures for her 18th birthday & I surprised myself and said “why of course”. I know I do not really post any portraits simply for the reason that I have an intense dislike for shooting humans & I have hermit-like tendencies… But I have known Meghan & her family for like forever & a day. Plus, she is super sweet & we did have a ton of fun goofing around... So, maybe some more people sessions are in my future? Perhaps…

Anyways, please tell me what ya'll think. Was it really worth me branching out from my love of landscape photography & the occasional odious family portrait?? I'm still not sure...

This actually my Grandmother's tree in Sweet Home Alabama. I've always love the way she wraps her gifts. :) Hoping everyone has a Merry Christmas with the ones they love.
