This one was taken on a cold saturday night! The trains were quite rare, so the shots with motion (train) were just a few. I am amazed by the anlges og this station.I already took nice shots all around the station and from various angles. The possibilities seem to be infinite. Hope you like this one :)

This shot was taken at Estação do Oriente (train, subway and bus station). The station is the work of the Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Santiago_Calatrava).
To be honest the idea is not totally mine. During the weekend I saw an advertising that had a similar angle. I thought how smart that angle is, I have to try it. And as I had to go for a pair of jeans that were awaiting at the dressmaker I couldn t think of a better occasion to try try this shot. The initial idea was to take a shot at the end of the afternoon with the sunset. When I arrived to the spot it was already dark so I focused on the cars and motion. Wasn t easy to have a quite decent one. Hope you like it!!!

02/2013:Lisbon

This shot was taken as we went for a walk at Parque das Nações (Lisbon). I took a few shots from this angle. I had to take a good shot because I loved the contrast on the bridge and all the lines. It was a quite windy afternoon as always in this time of the year and foremost nearby the Tagus river. . The light and clouds were just precious. During the composition process I paid special attention to the line of trees, to the tour and flag, the big building, the cable cars, the two bridges (the board walking one and the Vasco da Game one), to the people on the boardwalk and of course to the hills, buildings and clouds in the horizon line. Hope you like it!

And there was christmas!
