Well, we fly back to the UK this evening overnight to London and then we jump on our flight to Glasgow. The end of another short vacation but the words in this little plaque most certainly were adhered to! Relaxed throughout our vacation and even with some dodgy weather during our first week all was good! Now remember relax!

Apologies for not being up to date with my comments but will catch up on my return to summer in Scotland - well, it's not too bad just now!!

Well, Lewis is going to get a new pair of sunnies when we arrive back home - just like Pops! Although, they don't look so small they are kids sunglasses and he's going to love them!

My wife and I fly back to sunny - sorry rainy - Scotland tomorrow evening so we decided to have a lazy day at the pool and then go out for a nice Father's Day dinner, this evening! I'm sure my kids have already passed the money over to their mum!!

In January 2013, the artist spent three weeks in Sarasota creating one of his unique sculptures on the grounds of the historic Sarasota High School and future home of the Sarasota Museum of Art/SMOA.

Late upload tonight for my 365 but hey we've been out having a great afternoon on the beach and then out for dinner at a great restaurant. En route home I thought I would manage to catch a great sunset but alas there wasn't much going on with regard to that! Nonetheless, we walked along Bradenton Beach on Anna Marie Island and this old fishing pier gave me an opportunity!

I had planned for a sunset this evening but I've been watching too much of the US Open this late afternoon / early evening and now my wife has just made dinner and we've had a couple of glasses of wine so we've decided to continue our day of doing nothing much - hey, you have to relax sometimes!

After an afternoon at the beach and then a lovely dinner at one of the great restaurants on Longboat Key we took a drive along to Anna Marie Island. Although, there is no question the locals on the island cater for tourists there is a definite old Florida feel about many of the homes on the island. This is an example of that great Florida style.
