Last week the Canon EOS 650D hit the shelves, I got my hands on one and I am trying to find out in what ways it is better/different then my 550D. The camera will shoot 3 pictures in rapid succesion at 3 lighting setting and them combines them in camera (without PC software!) into one lighting balanced image. You will have to make sure neither camera or subject is moving around, otherwise you will get blurry images. This test shows the first results.

Vorige week is de Canon EOS 650D uitgekomen, ik heb er nu eentje en ben aan het uitzoeken wat er beter/anders is dan bij de 550D. Een interessante mogelijkheid die de 650D erbij heeft gekregen is de HDR mode. De camera schiet dan snel 3 beelden achter elkaar (onder, normaal en overbelicht) en combineert die in de camera (dus zonder je PC) in 1 evenwichtig belicht beeld. Het is zaak dat de camera goed stilstaat anders krijg je wazige plaatjes.

I am really clueless as to what kind of critter this is. And then to think it lives in the garden!

Size approx: 3mm
Where: Found in the hydrangea in my garden
Behavior: It was wagging its tail in longitudal (to its body) direction.
Abilities: After taking those pics, I poked it with a straw and it jumped about half a meter (2ft).
