I was In SoHo yesterday with family and friends. Stopped by the Makerbot Store( I want one now :3 ), bartered with some street vendors and got some nice loot.

Slowly working on this as the days go by. Trust me, the photo does no justice to the actual figure. I may just scrap the entire helmet as it is and use a less "bulky" design(or maybe a completely different style. Thoughts on this so far?

Haven't posted in a while, so i decided to post a quick update on my shelf. I remade some of my items ( such as the Sunset Sarsaparilla and currency) and have begun to work on my NCR loadout. I plan on making the NCR flag, making a Chinese Assault Rifle or Service Rifle, and create some interesting items from the games.

Another one of my inspirational minifigures, I chose The Chef! His Rebuilding Society figures and many other pieces of his work have inspired me to improve upon my minifigures and modding skills. So thanks Chef, for all the awesome work!
Backstory: Alex was born in Vault 34, where after the G.O.A.T., was assigned as head chef in the vault’s kitchen. There, he got his nick-name by accidently cutting off one of his sous chef’s fingers and boiling it in a pot of soup to be served during one of the vault’s dinners. But cooking wasn’t his only skill in the vault. His cooking gave his an amazing skill in the art of bladed weapons. He learned how to make them, repair them, and use them. It was very odd seeing how Vault 34 encouraged firearm usage, not bladed weapons. But still, he learned how to use firearms. When the riots became violent, he escaped with the rebels. But he didn’t want to follow his fellow brothers; he felt life gave him a different calling. He ended up in Camp Golf when NCR troops allowed him to enlist. After President Kimball witnessed talent with bladed weapons, he personally assigned him to lead Ranger patrols near camp Searchlight. Weeks later, a radiation bomb went off in Camp Searchlight. All though many did not survive, Chef went in and dragged 6 soldier, who had hid in cellars and basements, and brought them out safely. He was awarded the NCR Medal of Honor and was reassigned to Camp Forlorn Hope as the Trainer of Trench Warfare, Hand-to-hand combat, and bladed weapons. He still is stationed there today, and is commonly seen using the latest weapons in firearms technology, designed by Will and Badger.

My third pair of vendor minfigures, I made Julie and Keith of G.I. Brick! I’ve made many orders from them in the past that have helped in the creation of many of my figures (including my Fallout Mods and a few Fallout figures!) So as thanks, I’ve made them to be put into my moc. So here’s to you Julie and Keith, thanks for your help!
Backstory: Julie and Keith were born in the Divide around the time Ulysses has just started the society and brought it to become a trading hub. Their parents worked as caravaners, supplying the NCR with food, ammunition and weapons. They grew up, making good relationships with NCR officials. Soon enough, the NCR became their second family. One day, a courier brought a package that awoke the sleeping giants hidden in the Military bases close by. But Julie and Keith left with their family nearly an hour before, heading towards New Vegas to complete an agreement with the NCR. They witnessed the destruction from the edge of the Divide, watching the ones they knew become taken by the dormant nuke’s fatal blasts. They arrived at the Mojave Outpost where NCR official, hearing of the tragic news on the Divide, offered to help them by escorting them to Camp Forlorn Hope (Where, at the time, was a highly protected camp.) There they grew up learning the art of trade and bartering. They had also met Will and Badger, the camps weapon manufacturers, who had offered them a chance to sell their weapons to all corners of the wasteland, to which they accepted. They now are stationed in Forlorn Hope where they resell Will and Badger’s weapons.

For my third Inspirational minifigure, I chose Pecovam! I have always loved his figures, and even though he mainly does Gears of War figures, they still inspired some of my Fallout figures. Figuring that, I though which faction is closest of the CoGs of Gears of War? I immediately though Enclave, but I made mine with a twist. I made it look sort of like GoW armor, but still as close to Fallout as possible. So thanks Andrew for your amazing figures! Also, this looks WAY better in person. My camera is terrible, but that issue should be fixed soon. ;) Also, the shoes are inspired by Mclovin.
Backstory: Andrew was born in Navaro, and grew up on the Poseidon Oil Rig where he spent his childhood. But when the Chosen One destroyed the Rig, he fled with his family and a few others towards the Mojave. They made it as far as New Reno, where they landed on the outskirts and quickly began to blend into society. But as NCR searched the area after hearing many Enclave fled east, Andrew’s parents sent him to New Vegas where he could live a safe life without harassment of the NCR. There, he met a few other Enclave Remnants that brought him to the Followers of the Apocalypse. He was able to remain untouched by the NCR for some years, until they started to enter Freeside and the Strip. So, the other Remnants told him of their old bunker near Jacobstown where he could live. With the technology, he learned the skill of Energy weapons and power armor training. He learned to hunt and fight through simulators and documents only held in the Enclave’s hands. But one day he wandered far, towards Cottonwood Cove and was captured by Legion Slavers. But as they brought him back, he broke free and fought off 3 Slaving parties bare handed. High ranking officers took interest in his handiness and brought him to see Caesar. Caesar offered him a position in leading and training his men in reward for his freedom. He agreed and now helps Legion personnel in the art of hand-to-hand combat and energy weapons.

Fallout Inspirations: ~McL✰vin~

For my second Inspirational Minifigure, i chose to make ~McL✰vin~, seeing how he is one of my favorite customizers. I didn't realize some of the paint on the chest came off until after i took the photo. But i fixed that. Anyway, i really enjoyed making this figure, and like the first one, i painted the flag of their faction on their headgear! I think i may alternate each faction with each figure i make. Also, i think i will do backstories for them too. :)

Backstory: Chris was born to parents of a traveling caravan where during his early life; he picked up survival tips from wastelanders of all different regions of Post-Apocalyptic America. He learned weapons manufacturing and handling, where he became an experienced fighter. As he grew older, his travels brought him to California, where he then enlisted in the NCR. He easily worked his way up through the ranks. He then came upon the city of New Vegas as his squad and himself had been reassigned to Camp Golf to train newly enlisted soldiers. But on their way there, they were captured by a Legion Slaving Squad and were brought to Cottonwood Cove. He stayed locked up in the slave pens for 4 days until a mysterious man known as “The Courier” released a trailer full of irradiated barrels into the camp, killing all Legion personnel, but unfortunately his squad too. He traveled toward transmissions he picked up on his radio from Camp Forlorn Hope that was sending cries for assistance. There he became a “bodyguard” of sorts to high ranking personnel within the base and lead any vital attacks on Legion stongholds. He now resides in Camp Forlorn Hope.

I'm really liking my Dremel. :3 I didn't paint any of the mods, so they look kind of rough, but i'll probably paint them in the future. These were mainly tests to see what i can do with a dremel.
