Located a few miles from Augusta, Montana , along the eastern slope of Rockies.

I was extremely lucky to catch this shot one evening while I was returning home from Choteau, Mt.

Ice Sculptures

A good friend and fellow photographer ( Rick Landry ) AKA Tundraman suggested we take a short drive out to Como Lake located in Southwestern, Montana to explore some of the Ice Sculptures he had came across a few days earlier.

This is an HDR image shot with a Singh-Ray Gold & Blue filter.

It was such a delight to find all the different ice formations that had formed along the shoreline.

We had a great time together and came away with a few keepers.

Best viewed on black.

Three months on the road and it is sooooo good to be home again ! Then again it was also so good to visit with family and friends all over the west coast and Canada. So , it seems ALL is good.
I may have even captured a few moments in time along the way. I was blessed to see many wonderful things on my travels and meet many new friends.
I want to say thanks for taking your precious time viewing my photography and I hope some of it will be inspiring because all of yours is very inspiring to me !!
