shot today in sydeys northern beaches, turimetta beach.. shot on my way back up to the car.. just noticed this thick black cloud in extreme contrast with a volcanic red cloud.. have to get the gear back out for that!

Went to turimetta beach this morning in sydneys norther beaches.. very popular to photographers.. ive been there quite a few times before.. however due to the recent tidal highs here in sydney, what i saw this morning.. ive never seen before in that beach.. the tide washed away the sand and revealed what was underneath about 1.5 meters deep.. this rock shelf was quite the marvel!

This is an archive shot from longreef from when i first met my flickr contact mr. shannon sakovits. we both thought we would be the only ones to photograph this showoff from the sun, all of a sudden we bumped into each other.. being a weekday and all, not many photographers around..

Went to Catherine Hill Bay today with Noval and John. It started to rain on the way there which got me quite worried... however when we got there the horizon was clear and clouds right where i wanted them!

Went to Longreef this morning with john -27.4.11- it was a blessing that it wasn't raining first thing.. next thing you know, it was pouring.. not a drizzle.. Pouring.. we had our umbrellas up and ready, though mine wasn't doing much as i brought the mini one.. for those of you that dont know me.. im 6'1 and about 130kgs... haha!

Love this shot.. i had a much better one, but my finger was in the shot.. had to hold the filters with my very own hand.. no holder yet.. should get the new GND set soon.. maybe in 2 weeks.. postage takes soooo long..
