Woohooo! Dream shot! A candid, manually focussed photo, inside a club where I got dragged onto by a few friends:p. My only agenda being photography, and couldn't wish for a better combo of lens and camera:D.
Straight out of Camera.
Am I the only person who is gung-ho about my pictures?:p.

In Islam, we are prohibited to drink alchohol, because its drawbacks outweighs the advantage. And it intoxicates your character, to say the least.

Today's hospital experience in endocrinology department was truly illuminating, getting hands on experience and seeing how so many lives are affected by proper treatment certainly gave me a high.
Took this while coming back after booking my flight tickets to go back home in January!

Its my sister's bday and I missed it again like the past four years. Its amazing how time flies. We still have pictures from her first birthday and now she's gonna start her university life. I don't know when we'll actually celebrate one of your birthdays together, but I hope you live a long healthy life, so that I can make up for all the birthday cakes that I have missed. Hope you had a good one sis!

I'm ultra shy when it comes to asking people for photos but today I made it a point to ask people since the lights at Beijing Pedestrian Street were simply bokehlicious. I got 2 new shots for my 100 Strangers project. She, on the other hand, knew no english so there's no story, nor does she qualify for my strangers project.

A friend told me she wont see my photos if I post a monchrome photo today, thank god I dont have one!:p

So who is 'he' and who is the 'hero'? Both the word applies to both the characters, just like a father is a hero to his son, a son is a hero in a father's eye.
Took this at Shangxia Pedestrian Street after my surgery exam.(This picture makes more sense today, since I'm slightly inclined towards being a surgeon in the future only because my dad is one!).

He was waiting right outside right outside the famous shoppping street "Beijing Lu". He drives one of those hybrid rickshaws in the city and counts on foreigners who make up the majority of his clients!

He was happy with the photograph, and so was I, getting that close to a subject after that long.

Was walking around Beijing Lu and I was in the 'stranger' mood when I noticed this chinese girl with a Nikon on her shoulders. When we asked for a photo, she readily agreed and was quite natural infront of the camera. She studies in a different city and was a tourist in Guangzhou. The best moment was saved for the last, when she told me her name. Yes, the title of the photograph is the literal english translation of her name!:P.
