300/366 Outtake

This afternoon I spent another 5 hours under the skilled hands of James Kern at No Hope No Fear Tattoo Art Studio who made some beautiful progress on my back piece. Now I'm pleasantly exhausted and looking forward to my next session in late November.

195/366

liquidnight posted a photo:

This afternoon I returned to No Hope No Fear Tattoo Art Studio where James Kern began working on my back piece, which is based on a painting by James Jean entitled Ballad.

This session also marked the beginning of a much larger project, all drawing from James Jean paintings, that will cover my back, sides, and the remaining space on my legs (which is from around the knees on up for both). Today's 5 hours were a productive and auspicious start. Yet again, I am blown away by James' skill and painstaking attention to detail. He was the perfect choice for this extensive project. I return for my second session in late August.
