Struggling with a wind

Yak is going against a wind near the Buratyn-Dab pass, Mongolia, 2649 meters above the sea. There was terrible, i mean TERRIBLE weather, storm and rain and snow. When we drive along the pass we get in to the clouds that looked like fog and weather got very bad.

Sunset at a roof of an ancient bath in Kashan, Iran.

It's a traditional Iranian public bathhouse in Kashan. It was constructed in 16th century, during the Safavid era; however, the bathhouse was damaged in 1778 as a result of an earthquake and was renovated during the Qajar era.

The roof of the bathhouse is made of multiple domes that contain convex glasses to provide sufficient lighting to the bathhouse while concealing it from the outside.

I catched this veiw while cycling on the Kish Island, Persian Gulf, Iran. It was an evening when sun going down, just 10-15 minutes before the dark night will come. That's an opposite side of the island, close to Dubai. By the way there is a good bycicle road going all over the island, so you can go around the Kish.

I got this few while visiting Achamenids Tombs. This man a guard of this historical place, but he seems to be so relaxing and didn't bother to watch for visitors.

Greek ship beached at the Kish island

The ship was built in Port Glasgow, Scotland, and launched on 9 March 1943 as Empire Trumpet. In 1966, she was sold to Greece company and renamed Koula F.

On 25 July 1966 the ship ran aground on the south-western coast of Kish and beached here.

Badgirs translates from Persian as windcatcher. It's a traditional Persian architectural element to create natural ventilation in buildings.

Near the old village Abyaneh, Iran. At the foot of the mountain is a hotel, called Viuna. Early morning, clear sky and bright sun, but it's not hot, because we are at 1,600 m above the sea level.

Great place to relax.
