Wie sein Verwandter, der Seebär, gehört auch der Seelöwe zur Familie der Ohrenrobben. Heimisch ist das anmutige, in Kolonien lebende, Tier vorrangig in Kalifornien sowie auf den Galápagos-Inseln, kommt aber auch in Neuseeland und sogar in Südafrika/ Namibia vor.

How his relatives, the sea bear, heard also the sea lion to the family of the otaries. It is home graceful in colonies living, animal with priority in California as well as on the Galápagos islands, however, Namibia also seems in New Zealand and even in South Africa.

Die Flamingos (Phoenicopteriformes, Phoenicopteridae) sind eine Ordnung der Vögel mit nur einer Familie. Unterschiedliche Auffassungen in der Wissenschaft führen zu einer Einteilung der Flamingos in fünf oder sechs Arten. Ihre gemeinsamen Merkmale sind das mehr oder weniger intensiv rosafarbene Gefieder sowie der hochspezialisierte Schnabel (Seihschnabel) und der Zungenapparat. Der Rand des Schnabels weist eine Lamellenstruktur auf, die zusammen mit der Zunge einen Filterapparat bildet, mit dem Flamingos Plankton aus dem Wasser filtrieren können.

The flamingos (Phoenicopteriformes, Phoenicopteridae) are an order of the birds with only one family. Different views in the science lead to a division of the flamingos in five or six kinds. Their common signs are the more or less intensely pink-coloured plumage as well as the highly specified beak (Seihschnabel) and the tongue apparatus. The edge of the beak shows a lamella structure which forms together with the tongue a filter apparatus with which flamingo plankton from the water can filter.

Das Pfahlbaumuseum Unteruhldingen ist ein am Bodensee gelegenes archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit angeschlossenem Museumsbau in der Gemeinde Uhldingen-Mühlhofen im Bodenseekreis in Baden-Württemberg, das archäologische Funde und Nachbauten von Pfahldörfern aus der Stein- und Bronzezeit präsentiert. Bereits 1922, dem Entstehungsjahr, zählte es 6.000 Besucher. Heute sind es bis zu 290.000[1] Besucher pro Jahr, darunter mehr als 100.000 Schüler, somit zählt es zu den größten Freilichtmuseen Europas. Es umfasst zur Zeit (2010) 23 Pfahlbauten.[2] Dem Museum ist ein wissenschaftliches Forschungsinstitut angeschlossen. Im Juni 2011 wurden die Überreste zahlreicher historischer Pfahlbausiedlungen, darunter auch das etwa 500 Meter südlich des Museums gelegene Pfahlbaufeld Unteruhldingen-Stollenwiesen auf der Liste des Weltkulturerbes der UNESCO aufgenommen.

Der Sapadere Canyon ist 45 Kilometer von Alanya entfernt. Es erwarten Sie atemberaubende Ausblicke. Auch an heißen Tagen kann man die Schönheit der Schlucht genießen, denn es ist angenehm frisch. Die Wassertemperatur erreicht selbst im Hochsommer kaum mehr als 12 Grad. Bis zu 80 Meter hoch ragen die steilen Wände die Schlucht empor. Kleinere und größere Wasserfälle sowie Wasserbecken des kristallklaren Flusses verführen zum Baden. Der Canyon, der bis vor kurzem nur für Alpinisten zugänglich war, ist durch den Bau des Erkundungsweges jetzt für jedermann möglich.

Der Granatapfel oder Grenadine (Punica granatum) ist eine Pflanzenart, die heute bei weiter Fassung der Familie der Weiderichgewächse (Lythraceae) zugerechnet wird. Die aus zwei Arten bestehende Gattung Punica bildet alleine die Unterfamilie Punicoideae (Horan.) S.A.Graham, Thorne & Reveal, manche Autoren führen sie auch noch als eigene monotypische Familie Punicaceae Horan. Ihre rote Frucht wird als Obst gegessen. Die Heimat des Granatapfels liegt in West- bis Mittelasien; heute wird er unter anderem im Mittelmeerraum angebaut.
