Kereru at Tiri.
This beautiful bird was very relaxed & I was able to get quite close. I actually had to step back to get my lense to focus. I think he was quite sleepy with a full belly.

Tiri has very little in the way of natural waterways, so there are a number of strategically placed water troughs for birds to drink from & bath.
