Era domingo por la mañana, hacia bastante cierzo(viento típico de Aragón), nos preparamos mi hija y yo... y nos fuimos a dar un paseo. Como ella quería ver pinos, decidí ir a los más cercanos. Paramos junto a esta edificación, no hace tantos años que la gente vivía allí(Actualmente solo se usa para resguardar el ganado por la noche). Aquí las llamamos parideras, en otros lugares se llaman establos, cortijos, etc...

Parideras: La paridera es una construcción tradicional presente en el sur de Soria y Aragón, y norte de Guadalajara. Su uso está destinado a la guarda del ganado lanar, tanto para protegerlo de animales salvajes como para guardarlo en aquellos momentos en que no es llevado a pastar. Están construidas con muros de piedra seca, tejado a dos aguas, y techumbre con vigas de chopo. Constan de un corral que antecede a la entrada principal, dotado de un tinado o cobertizo, así como de un cerrado exterior que se comunica con el corral por un argollón, abertura que permite el paso de los corderos. En el interior tienen además un espacio cerrado, denominado pajera, destinado a almacenar paja y grano evitando que los animales lo consuman.

Hoy vuelvo con una imagen de no muy lejos de Madrid, La Cartuja de Talamanca del Jarama.
Esta fotografía, quisiera dedicársela a un buen compañero, con que he compartido, comparto y espero compartir muchas opiniones. Raúl estáis todos invitados a su galería.

La Cartuja es un edificio representativo de Talamanca de Jarama, formado por un conjunto de dependencias de carácter eminentemente agrario, cuya construcción data del siglo XVII.

Destaca por su gran valor histórico y arquitectónico, así como por sus considerables dimensiones.
Se encuentra ubicada en el borde norte del casco urbano, junto a la muralla árabe, en parte de la cual se apoya la cerca que cierra el conjunto por su parte trasera. Sus fachadas

asoman a la calle del Viento y a la calle de San Miguel.
El asentamiento de la Orden de los Cartujos en la zona y su progresiva expansión acumulando propiedades en el valle, origina su edificación para la administración de la Granja.
El asentamiento de los Cartujos en la zona data de la Edad Media, con el tiempo los diferentes reyes les irán otorgando privilegios.
A partir de 1.413 la comunidad de la Orden de los Cartujos comienza a acumular propiedades fuera del Valle, primero comprando en Talamanca "la tabla de pesquería del río Jarama",

que iba desde "San Román hasta la presa de Valdetorres", y más tarde adquiriendo por compra o herencia, también en esta villa, numerosos terrenos para cuya administración

acabarían fundando en el lugar una granja.
Desde el mismo momento de la fundación de la Cartuja, la historia del valle corre paralela a la propia historia del cenobio, dependiendo de este en todos los órdenes de la vida.
Existe numerosa documentación referente a las posesiones y granja de la Cartuja de El Paular en Talamanca de Jarama. Se trata de libros de cuentas datados de finales del siglo

XVII en los que se detalla diverso material de construcción (maderas, piedra, clavos, etc.), enviado desde Rascafría a Talamanca para diversas obras llevadas a cabo allí.
De todo esto se deduce que las relaciones entre El Paular y Talamanca eran constantes; de Rascafría salían asiduamente carros con víveres y enseres para abastecer a la Granja de

Talamanca.
Ya en 1.643 se habían establecido aquí los Cartujos, como se deduce del encargo de un cuadro de San Bruno a Eugenio Orozco, para la Granja de Talamanca, al que se le pagaron 70

reales. Y en 1.684 se pago al "escultor de Buitrago" 350 reales por el retablo que hizo para el Oratorio de Talamanca.
Del 1.700 data un asiento en el que se especifica que se habían llevado ese año 48 carros de piedra sacada de las canteras del "valle" para la obra de la bodega de Talamanca de

Jarama, por valor de 4 reales cada carro.
El siglo XIX trae consigo una serie de acontecimientos adversos para los Cartujos que tienen como consecuencia su desaparición y abandono.
El primero de ellos fue la supresión de las órdenes religiosas llevada a cabo por José Bonaparte en 1.808, en cumplimiento de esta orden los frailes tuvieron que abandonar el

cenobio dispersándose por distintos lugares del territorio español. Vuelven en 1.820 tras la revocación del decreto por Fernando VII.
La desaparición definitiva tiene lugar en 1.835 con el decreto de exclaustración y desamortización dado por Mendizabal, obligando a la venta de todas sus posesiones y el abandono

de la zona.
En la actualidad es propiedad privada conservando su utilidad agraria y utilizado en numerosas ocasiones como plató de cine (algunas de las películas rodadas en este escenario son

"¡Ay Carmela!", "El Capitán Ala Triste”, "Conan el Bárbaro", "El Buscón", etc., y series de TV, como "Curro Jiménez", "Santa Teresa de Jesús", "Cervantes", “La Celestina”, entre

otras.)

Eran las 6:00 AM del 5/08/2010 cuando despertaba y tras vestirme raudo y veloz tomaba el coche y partía hacia Albarracín, en el camino al pasar por Calamocha (Conocido en España por ser uno de los lugares que marca mínimas en invierno, alguna vez los -25ºC), observe que el coche me daba una temperatura de 10ºC(baja para ser España en Agosto), había algo de bruma ya que el día anterior llovió por la tarde. Antes quise pasar por Peracense, donde hay un castillo muy particular por lo camuflado que queda con el entorno. Y puede realizar algunas fotos antes pasar por Albarracín (di una vuelta entera por los exteriores del castillo).

Peracense
Situación: La fortaleza de Peracense se halla colgada sobre un apartado risco de la sierra Menera, en el municipio de Peracense, a unos 45 kilómetros de Teruel.

Historia: El origen de este castillo no está nada claro. Según parece, por los restos arqueológicos hallados en sus proximidades, debió de ser la defensa de un pequeño poblado medieval, conocido por los lugareños como la Villeta, lugar del que procedería la imagen medieval de la Virgen con el Niño que se conserva en la iglesia parroquial de la localidad. Según información manejada por Cristóbal Guitart ya existía en 1284, pues fue utilizado por las tropas reales como punto de partida para la conquista de Albarracín. No obstante, también se han encontrado restos celtíberos y romanos, lo que da idea de lo ancestral de su origen. La fortaleza propiamente dicha, y que podemos ver hoy día, fue edificada hacia la primera mitad del siglo XIV para uso estrictamente militar.
A pesar de su situación, ya que se encuentra mucho más próximo a Teruel que a Daroca, y justo en el límite que durante la Edad Media separaba los territorios de ambas comunidades, el castillo de Peracense estaba administrado por alcaides nombrados por la comunidad darocense. El castillo se encuentra ubicado junto al monte o peña de San Ginés, todo un hito geográfico ya señalado al citar los límites espaciales de Teruel, comunidad que se forma con parte del territorio ya conquistado a los musulmanes por las tropas de Daroca, para que quede claro hasta dónde se extienden una y otra.
La construcción del castillo de Peracense, como la de otros castillos vecinos fue fruto de la rivalidad medieval entre los reinos de Castilla y Aragón. Su misión era la de controlar uno de los posibles puntos de acceso por los que las tropas castellanas podían penetrar en Aragón en momentos de conflicto, y evitar así su llegada a todo el Valle del Jiloca y a localidades tan importantes como Santa Eulalia, Villafranca, Monreal del Campo o la propia ciudad de Teruel. No obstante, parece que el acceso de las tropas castellanas podía hacerse desde otros puntos cercanos y de más difícil defensa, de manera que este castillo apenas fue atacado ni asediado.
Una de las razones de la relativa falta de uso de este castillo es que siempre se encontró adecuadamente protegido por otros elementos defensivos del entorno, por un lado la torre de planta rectangular que se levanta en el ya citado cerro de San Ginés, el principal punto de control visual por su ubicación en una elevación del terreno dentro de un entorno eminentemente llano, y por otro el castillo de Ródenas, un gran desconocido de la castellología que sin embargo le sirvió de pantalla protectora. La más clara prueba de ello es que del de Ródenas apenas quedan los restos de algún muro en la parte superior, mientras que en el de Peracense los restos han tenido siempre mayor importancia, aun antes de la reciente restauración. Como el castillo de Ródenas sí que pertenecía a la Comunidad de Teruel, se plantea otra posibilidad, que ambos castillos se mantuvieran para proteger las posesiones de sus respectivas comunidades ante posibles conflictos entre ellas, más que dedicarse a defender Aragón de la amenaza de incursiones por parte de los castellanos.
Como ya se ha dicho, no existen citas importantes que atestigüen asedios de este castillo por parte de tropas enemigas durante la Edad Media. Hay que esperar a los episodios bélicos de la primera guerra carlista para documentar de nuevo su utilización parcial.

Descripción: El castillo de Peracense se mimetiza con el paisaje de manera que parece formar parte de él como si de un fenómeno geológico se tratara. La forma que adquiere es la de un espolón de un barco varado en la montaña del que destaca la torre principal por su altura y rotundidad.
La fortaleza es de planta curadrada irregular, ocupa unos 4.000 metros cuadrados, se divide en tres recintos concéntricos y está situada sobre una escarpada peña, siendo inexpugnable por varios de sus flancos. El recinto interior es la plaza de armas, de unos 60 x 40 metros, y en ella se puede observar una especie de nichos que debieron ser utilizados para almacenar víveres y para que los guerreros se resguardasen del frío.
Sus laderas norte y este son inexpugnables, y en el sur y oeste se levantó una muralla en forma de ángulo recto de unos 3 metros de espesor, reforzada por tres torreones rectangulares.
La entrada al castillo es un estrecho portillo al borde del precipicio. Hay saeteras y subsisten bastantes almenas. Sólo queda la pared frontal de lo que fue la Torre del Homenaje.

GANADORA en Concurso Fotografico Semanal del Grupo VIVO POR LA FOTOGRAFIA (Semana 31 año 2010)

Quisiera dedicar esta foto a mi hermano Jesús, que hoy es su cumpleaños. Espero te guste esta foto de la torre del pueblo.
Por otro lado, hoy es un gran día ya que España juega por primera vez la final del mundial de fútbol.

Torre Campanario; Declarada Bien de Interés Cultural en 2003. Es lo único que resta de la anterior fábrica gótica-mudéjar del templo (siglo XIV). Situada a los pies del templo, destaca su solidez y estructura defensiva sobre todo en su último cuerpo, que queda rematado por matacanes. Tal vez esa funcionalidad defensiva fue lo que le salvó de la piqueta destructiva. De planta octogonal y construida en estilo gótico en el siglo XIV, está fechada en 1375, al mismo tiempo que el rey de Aragón optaba por reconstruir las murallas de la ciudad que habian sido destruidas por el rey castellano. Por su interior corre una escalera de caracol. Tiene una altura de 38 metros y un total de 152 escalones.
Consta de cuatro cuerpo separados por impostas. El cuarto aloja el cuerpo de campanas y sobre el mismo queda la terraza protegida por una linea de matacanes.
El cuerpo de campanas se abre al exterior por un vano de arco medio punto, uno por lado. El resto de los tres cuerpos restantes inferiores destacan por la ausencia de vanos. Por su estructura y solidez tal vez pudiera haber formado parte del conjunto defensivo murado de la ciudad.
Las campanas llevan por nombres: Ángeles (1881), Rosario (gótica), Maria de los Ángeles (1691) y Valera (1881).
La entrada a la torre se realiza por una puerta situada en el interior de la iglesia, a sus pies.
Junto a la nave de la epistola, encontramos un capilla, que en realidad es una iglesia independiente sólamente que unida a la iglesia parroquial. Es la antigua parroquia de San Martín y Santa Catalina de Alejandria y hoy capilla de la Inmaculada Concepción. Tiene entrada por el interior de la iglesia y puerta al exterior.
