&lt;p&gt;This bridge was built in 1921 and spans the Tar River in Nash County NC.  You can see Webb's Mill down the river.  The water is very low. &lt;p&gt;Webbs Mill, built between 1907 and 1909 on the Tar river in Nash County, North Carolina. It was still operating in the 1980's.  This mill replaced an earlier antebellum mill.  The water level should be at the top of the stone dam at the right.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
