137,000 mile plug vs. new

Today's platinum-tipped spark plugs are amazing! Feeling guilty having not changed plugs at the recommended 85k mile mark, I finally did at 137,000 miles. The plugs were fine! Back when a tune up meant "points, plugs and condenser", getting even 15,000 miles on plugs was thought a miracle.
