Keffir Lime Leaves

Man_of Steel posted a photo:

Tom Yum, the most glorious,
killer Thai Soup, that has all "taste-bud-points" goin' on ('cept the sweet), cannot be properly prepared WITHOUT
these.......

Today, I decided I'll try creating a version using the shells and heads of some nice shrimp from the Tai Nam Market, to render a stock, and use that stock to help flavor my Tom Yum Soup.

yummm. Tom Yum! yummm.
