Rescued: Ring-Neck Duck

While kayaking Summit Lake State park, I noticed this little guy tangled in some discarded fishing line. I removed the line, and sat him on the back of my kayak. He hung out for a while, and eventually jumped into the water. He appeared to be okay!

Here is the platform that I shoot from the most.

The camo was purchased at Walmart. One package is fitted over the kayak at the water line, elastic cord was added (hot glued) to the bottom of the camo also at the water line to prevent water from moving it out of place. The second package is fitted over the camera & tripod with enough left over so I can throw the remainder over my head to cover me.
