Guarding the palace

Danish guard of one of the palaces of Amalienborg in Copenhagen. There are 4 palaces in Amalienborg and I think this guard was in the palace of the Queen and Prince Consort (click on the map to see the exact location where the photo was taken).

He was kind enough to pose for the shot. Well, he wasn't really posing.. he just stands there like that. I asked permission to take shot and he nodded almost imperceptibly. Their uniform was one of the nicest I have seen.

This girl was selling candy in the streets of Tallinn dressed with traditional Estonian clothing.

She was nice enough to pose for the picture. At the beginning she was kind of shy, but then she loosen up a little bit and smiled at me as I tried to get my perfect shot.
