Two male Goldfinches and two male House Finches in my garden today,

Female Anna's Hummingbird (juvenile) 5/42013

For the past three days this gorgeous little female Anna's Hummingbird
has been a busy visitor. She has the indication of being a "Juvenile"
one of this year's babies, she likes the new feeder.

Shot taken from Gresham Butte early yesterday morning.

I asked Bruce Sussman koin 6 what it is,

Ray---thank you. I just used this "Sundog" at 11pm. It's basically the
sun's light passing through ice crystals and it made a beautiful site.

• Full Pink Moon – April This name came from the herb moss pink, or wild
ground phlox, which is one of the earliest widespread flowers of the
spring. Other names for this month’s celestial body include the Full
Sprouting Grass Moon, the Egg Moon, and among coastal tribes the Full
Fish Moon, because this was the time that the shad swam upstream to spawn.

These shots of a male (red mustache) and female Western Northern Flicker
were taken through the computer room window. The feeder is four feet
from the house, it's the first time I've seen flickers on this feeder.
