This is straight money right here! This butterfly actually stood still for quite some time and I got a lot of good pics of it. This one is probably the best of the bunch. i actually had to desaturate it a little cause the colors were so overwhelming. Tweak a few color levels, blurred some things, added some film grain...and voila! Awesomeness!

I didn't do too much to this one. Popped up the yellow and red levels in the shadow areas and used the clone stamp tool to fix a bunch of little white specks on the flower where it was fading (or dying..who knows) But those few adjustments really made the difference.

The bee was actually part of a larger photo. I had started playing around with some vintage filters and was going to just put the pic on top of some textured, grungy paper. When I opened up a new document and pasted the picture in, it was out of whack, proportion-wise. It was zeroed in more on the bee in the frame and I decided I liked the focus just being on this little guy going about his work. So I shifted focus from there. Rounded off the corners, slapped a few things together behind it and a nice little piece of art is born.

Went out today and got some awesome!!! nature shots. Everything seemed to come together for the shoot. Great weather...great scenery...co-operative insects/animals...made me VERY happy that I got out of bed and went out into the world! Got a bit of a faded vintage thing going on here. =)

Hadn't intended to make another flyer, was just trying to merge the photo with the paper texture..then things progressed from there. I guess this one says not so much about my photography as it does about my design skills.

I was going through some old photos on the hard drive and came across a bunch of these that I had shot for another project, not photography related, but just reference for some artwork I was doing. Started messing around with it and some how came up with an ad for my photography. I actually really hate when people splash their name and company across their photos, seeing as it kind of detracts from the art of the photography, but taken as an ad or poster, something that might be in a magazine, I can dig it. I like the font in this one. I have a sick addiction to them. Hundreds. Hundreds of them on my computers. It sometimes takes a minute to go through them to find something I'm looking for, but it does give most things I do a great variety. Don't have to look at the same lettering all the time! Which I also find annoying in other peoples work!
