The one and only Forth Bridge - a marvel of Victorian Engineering. 121 years old this year. Shame about the white scaffolding which is there as they apply a new long-life paint coating.

Another lunchtime stroll to the Dean Village in Edinburgh since it was such a nice day. This shot shows The Dean Church in the distance. It is perched at the end of the 165-foot high Dean Bridge, designed and built by none other than Thomas Telford. It is one of the main routes in to Edinburgh City Centre.

Hard to believe it but this is on the banks of the Water of Leith in the Dean Village, right in the heart of Edinburgh City Centre.

The Goliath crane at the Babcock Dockyard in Rosyth, Fife. It is the UK's biggest crane standing at 68 metres tall. It was specially commissioned from a firm in China as part of the UK Ministry of Defence project to build new aircraft carriers.
