These amazing 2000 year old trees can be found on the Best of all Lookout walk, in Springbrook National Park, Queensland Australia. Aren't they spectacular???

I like to get down low[sometimes flat out on my stomache] to take shots like this one, the perspective from down there can be magic.

This ancient Antarctic Beech Tree is located on the bush walk that leads to The Best of all Lookout at Springbrook, in the Gold Coast hinterland. This tree is estimated to be over 2000 years old.

These amazing 2000 year old trees can be found on the Best of all Lookout walk, in Springbrook National Park, Queensland Australia. Aren't they spectacular???
This rainforest walk is only a short one, and so worth taking a look at. It seems Summer or Winter that the temperature is always cool, and often cold, always misty wet regardless of the weather elsewhere, giving a magical atmosphere. Then when you reach the end of the track, on a clear day, you have amazing views of the coastline from the Gold Coast all the way to Byron Bay!! A very special place!!

Had a day out at Springbrook, in the Gold Coast Hinterhand today. Visited The Best of all Lookout, once again, it really is the best of all!!! These trees are relics still standing from long ago, these particular trees are said to be over 1000years old.
