Armed with a friends DSLR I do the digital photographers cliché and photograph flowers.
I really liked the colour combination of them, but I don't know what they're called.

I was surprised there weren't hoards of photographers out after Alan flagged up the early timing of the bluebells.
i was lucky to be on a family walk in Stanmer woods - just the right spot in just the right moment.
My favourite bluebell photos are from Dorset last year,linked below and in comments.

The detail on this "graffiti" is fantastic - worth seeing on "large".
The recession has ended the building projects near Brighton station, leaving plenty of boards for semi-official graffiti like this

More Stanmer Bluebells

In Stanmer Woods in Brighton the bluebells are out, along with the photographers.
This year was my first chance to capture them. Hopefully next year I will try it with a better camera, and no kids dragging me away, so I can be a bit more imaginative.

Many of us countryside lovers with cameras look forward to the wild flowers of Spring. again,
Bluebells are a favourite and this is just a small sample of what's just around the corner.
(Actually, there's been a few in town for the last couple of weeks)
