House. c.1839. 3 builds. Left part: 2 storeys; 2-window range. Gothic Revival
style. Lined stucco, slate roof, stone end stack to left. 2 sashes to both
ground and first floors have renewed hood moulds and label stops. Main part to
right: stuccoed, tile roof, clustered stone end stacks, stone parapets. 2
storeys; 3-window range. 3 stone-mullioned and transomed windows to ground floor
have hood moulds and label stops. Central bay has mock gable front. String
course. Moulded stone eaves cornice. Rear range butted on, forming double-depth
plan, and has main entrance to right. Pointed arched doorway approached via
stone steps. Doorway has hood mould with head stops. C20 door. First floor has
2-light stone-mullioned window. Embattled parapet. Stone coping. Elevation to
road has embattled bay window and doorway with moulded hood mould and head
stops. Interior not inspected.
