Third shot from my night walk around Parco Leonardo mall in Fiumicino. I did not plan to shoot anything and brought with me just my basic lens. But then I was attracted by an isolated zone around the building and found an excellent scenery. I want to thank Giovanni for posing in two shots.

SOOC apart from the crop. Shot with the incredible Nikon 70-200 f/2.8 VR II lens. After finishing the 365 project my next step will be to learn Photoshop. I want to remove the background from this shot and put Flavia on a nicer one.

Questa foto è così come è uscita dalla fotocamera, a parte il ritaglio. Scattata con un obiettivo incredibile, il Nikon 70-200 f/2.8 VR II. Dopo che avrò finito il progetto 365 il mio prossimo obiettivo sarà quello di imparare Photoshop. Ad esempio vorrei essere in grado di rimuovere lo sfondo da questa foto e comporre Flavia su uno sfondo più gradevole.

One thing I learned during my 365 project, reading books and talking with other people is this: Search for the light, find the good light and wait for something to happen. I followed the rule but, in this particular case, nothing happened. Just me and the light.

After completing the 365 project now I feel more relaxed. The continuous one-year committment allowed me to learn many things about photography and now I feel that I can express with more ease my thoughts and my vision. Still a lot to learn, as usual :)
