I have taken many shots of Muskrats swimming, but this is only the second of one on shore, he swam right up past me and sat on a clump of dirt,was hard getting a focus on him through the tree branches but still got not a bad shot away

My Wife and I were heading to Calgary on a bussiness trip,and I of course I had my camera with me. I said my goal was to get a Eagle picture on the way.My Wife with her Eagle eye spotted one in a field, so I pulled of the highway and went down a dirt road.This Eagle just landed on this branch as I stoped,it had four crows tring to get its catch.Got a couple of quick shots away as another Eagle swooped in after the same catch.It chased this one till it dropped its catch then landed in the ditch and picked up his prize,and flew off. There was a tree line in between the Eagle and myself so only got a few shots of the action which I will post later. Was alot of fun to watch BEST VIEWED IN LARGE

Had fun sitting watching these guys .They let me get pretty close I got out of my van walked through the ditch and sat at the edge of the field for awhile.

This waterfall is found at Fairmont hot springs in B.C Canada It is run off from the hot pools.
