Nowadays technology moves so fast you couldn't expect an entry level DSLR to be on the market for anywhere near that length of time and as technology advances those new cameras have a whole host of clever tricks up their sleeves.<br /> When I bought that first camera, supplied with it's 55mm prime lens, I spent many hours wandering around looking for subjects to photograph whilst understanding light and composition. Over the years I've developed my photography in both subject matter and technique as technology has provided me with zoom lenses, auto exposure, auto focus and eventually the advent of digital photography.
