If you want pictures of perserved fish, this is the place. Years of die off at the Salton Sea has left the beaches covered with fish bodies and the smell to go with it.

Yes, London, because I live there. I am not sure why one of the pods on the London Eye are orange. Maybe that is the bar pod. I took this on a photo walk with Murphyz and Fella. I think next weekend there may be another photowalk in London.

Just a quick shot with the 50mm that I ended up really liking. I think this was around f 1.4 The leaves where just lit up by the street lamps.

Sometimes I wish I had a longer lens. I like this angle because you get the Eye, Battersea Powerstation and the Parliament all together. Also in this shot it the Shell building and St Lukes.

This was a performance tonight by the Surprise Streb. There was 32 performers moving up and down the wires on the London Eye. The whole performance lasted 40 minutes. The performance was also projected on the side of the Shell Building.

This is a pano up and down the River Thames. There is a lot of London landmarks in this shot so you really need to look at it in the full size or original size. The Shard is behind the OXO but just the lower part is showing because of the fog.

Lambeth Bridge

A fact that a lot of people may not know about this London bridge is the paint scheme. It is painted red, the same colour as the leather benches in the House of Lords which is at the southern end of the Palace of Westminster nearest the bridge. This is in contrast to Westminster Bridge which is predominantly green, the same colour as the benches in the House of Commons at the northern end of the Houses of Parliament. This picture was put together from 12 photos in CS5.
