Taken from the back window of my college apartment in 1989. Many nights I would see spectacular sunsets behind the city, but would have no film (remember film?) in the camera. Finally, I had the forethought to have film on hand and managed to capture this shot. Sure, the sunset is one of the most overdone subjects in all of photography, but they're impossible to resist. Since I left the 'burgh in the early 90s, I have only grown fonder of my old college vista.
